Open Captions Shutting Down

Hi,

Currently I am busy with captions in the latest version of Premiere (2017). But to many times it is suddenly shutting down the program. I am happy that it is saving the project but it costs a lot of time. Anyone else with this problem and someone who know's where it comes from and how it can be solved?

reset your workspace to default , if it didnt work try to rename the "Premeire pro" to "premeire pro.old" you can find it in
