Outside music becomes quiet when I start Premiere Pro

     Just as the title states. When I boot up Adobe Premiere Pro any music that I'm playing in the background such as Youtube becomes very quiet. I'm new to the program and have just begun working with Premiere Pro today. I would like to disable this feature.

Is it because this program also features music or audio so it turns the volume down on other apps? Because if I click the Youtube tab or if I minimize PP altogether then the music will resume it's normal volume. Is there any way to disable this feature?
