Hey there. This just started happening in the last week or two. When I go to use Lumetri Color, the sliders all start all the way to the left as shown in the picture. There default values all show 0 as well. Then, at the slightest touch, the slider will jump all the way to the right and max out the value. So the slider does not work, and it only allows default, or max. no in between. I can adjust settings just fine by typing in the values, but this take way longer and i cant see the change gradually. Premiere is up to date, running 24.1.0 and my macbook is a 16" 2023 with an m2pro chip and 16gb of ram. Sometimes this issue happens and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried resetting my computer, resetting premiere, it just seems to happen when it feels like it.
Thanks.
Hello,
This bug was marked as fixed in 24.2. Please update to the current version to be clear of this bug. If you began your project prior to 24.2, you might try importing the old project into a new one from the current version. Let the community know if that advice helped. Sorry for the hassle.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hey there @getho,
Thanks for the note. I heard you are still experiencing a bug with Lumetri sliders all shifting to the left.
this bug has not been fixed!
Wasn't that fixed? I'm sorry about that. I'm not seeing that here. Are you using your existing presets? If so, that may be the culprit. Does the issue occur if you create a new project and a preset?
I hope we can help you with this issue.
Take Care,
Kevin

@defaultrqf4ogd642jq I'm sorry you've been hitting this issue. There is a fix to prevent it in Premiere Pro (Beta) and it will also be in the next release of Premiere Pro very soon. The issue in this case was if you created Lumetri presets in version 24.1. You'll need to re-create or not use those presets once you update.

I have an enormous stack of old effects presets. There are 2 issues I've encountered with ppro2024 (24.1):
1. in lumetri the sliders are all off to the left, no matter what the numerical value. Moving the sliders sets the value to 100 (in most cases), no matter where the slider is. The Lumetri panel is also borked, but not in the same way. You cant use the sliders to set values either. Negative values are right out.
2. Lumetri Presets with masks work fine, but if I edit the masks eg animate them when I reload the project after a save either keyframes are missing, or the mask has entirely disappeared
Before I report these as bugs, has anyone else experienced this?
I'm on windows 11, using a gtx1080ti driver 546.01

Hi
If you know which version of premeire these presets you used when you saved them, you can install that version and open a project and import these presets and save it. try to open the same project in the new premeire version and reexport these prestes and see if that works.

Hi @getho
The first issue has been fixed and would be available as part of 24.2
Could you share a screen recording of the second issue? That would be helpful in fixing the issue.
Thanks!

concerning the keyframed masks, a screenshot would be helpful as Mohan mentioned,
but you can also consider updating your graphics card driver to the latest 'Studio' driver
from the vendor's site, after updating to the latest version of Premiere Pro as well.
Make sure you backup everything before updating , and save new versions of your projects.

Hi @Mohan Sharma THere's not much to screenshot - and typically this bug doesn't happen every time. It only happens when it would be really inconvenient for it to happen. Thus proving that we're living in a simulation and whoever is driving it is twisted

and also its kind of maddening. So many of these small bugs. Most of them aren't showstoppers, but adobe! It not just in premiere, they're there in bridge, photoshop, lightroom, indesign, illustrator... if I were to spend my time bug reporting and following them up I'd never have time to do any work.

So I'm working on editing a video file and I'm getting a bug with the new Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 stuff that is effecting my white balance. When I try to use the white balance dropper tool to select a particular point and make it white, it automatically tints the entire video to green rather than tint the particular point white. My Tint and Temperature sliders are also broken as well. Whenever I click on either one of the sliders it automatically goes to 100 and it doesn't change when I move either slider left to right.

@Jason35390514gfms We've identified a way this can happen if you are using a Lumetri preset that was created in Premiere Pro 24.1.
The next version of Premiere Pro has a fix to no longer create presets with these issues, and this fix is also in the Premiere Pro Beta version you can get today in Creative Cloud desktop. You will need to recreate any Lumetri presets created in version 24.1.

Hello,
I am experiencing a crippling issue with Lumetri Color in the current version of Premiere Pro (24.1.0). All of the sliders in the Basic Correction section of Lumetri Color are stuck all the way to the left despite displaying the correct values from my project (see screenshot). I have tried doing a reset of the cache and preferences, I also uninstalled and re-installed Premiere. This bug still persists even after the reset and re-install. Please help if there is a fix for this.
Thanks.

Here is a similar thread on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/premiere/comments/18j9dn5/lumetri_color_sliders_all_stuck_to_the_left_in/?r...
No one knows how to resolve. This is a terrible Premiere Pto bug.
Please provide us with an update.
