Hi. I want to submit to a Canada documentary festival my 52 min. PAL 25fps progressive Full HD film. The festival requests a NTSC .mov codex Apple ProRes 422. They don't specify the frame rate. What would be the best Adobe Premiere Pro preset for transcoding ? Is the MXF OP1a format with the codec : XDCAMHD 50 NTSC (4:2:2) apropriate ? Should I switch to 29.97 fps ? And there is too the preset XDCAM EX 35 NTSC 1080 (4/2/0) ?... And what about the size ? Is there any proportion difference with the original PAL 1920x1080 ? Thanks for any help.

You will have to contact the festival and as for the exact particulars as in framerate.
XDcam is not prores. Prores is found under Quicktime.
Pal and NTSC only exists in old analog footage.
HD is 1920x1080 par 1.0.
