Play Video inside Moving Green Section only

Hi Everyone

I am a little stuck. I am trying to play a video inside the green section, not mask it out. Basically, I want to create a loop of my video/ the video zooms in a reveals the green section, in which I would like the start of the same video to be playing. really I want to play a video only within the green section.

Do I need to pen tool mask this or is there a clever way of me doing this?

As its bright green I would use Ultra Key. This will create a so called hole in the image.

Superimpose over background image.
