I'm trying to sync footage with Pluraleyes. I've used Pluraleyes within Premiere many times with little issue.
But now, when I try to sync Red footage with 2 channels of onboard scratch audio with the external audio, not only does it create dupes of everything (a dealbreaker in itself), but the dupes of the Red are this bizarre files with the scratch audio treated as seperate files that are also offline. This makes no sense to me. I tried checking the settings off, I tried bringing it into Pluraleyes directly, no matter what, it creates these useless dupes with offline audio.
Below are screenshots of how the sequence was prepared and a screenshot of the disaster of split offline duplicates that result afterwards.

Any advice? Is Pluraleyes just incompatible with R3D footage and I somehow forgot about that? This is unacceptable and I really don't want to have to manually sync this if I don't have to.

Make sure you've updated both Premiere and Pluraleyes. If you're still having issues, reach out to Red Giant support, they'll be able to assist you better on this. I haven't used Pluraleyes in years, but I'm certain it works with all popular codecs including R3D files.
