Porting Premiere Projects Over To Another NLE?

Does anyone know if there is any NLE that will easily port over Premiere projects? Can I copy and past timelines from Premiere to FCP or Resolve?

I had learned to live with and work around dozens of TRULY ANNOYING bugs in Premiere for months.

But ever since 2022, Premiere is just an endless source of TRULY CATASTROPHIC bugs, RUINING projects that I've spent MONTHS of my life working on. Projects that I regularly spent 16 HOUR days on. Premiere is now costing me big time. I can't go on like this with Adobe, as it's honestly ruining my life. I just want to be happy again.

I don't care how much it costs or if I have to buy a brand new machine or even switch from PC to Mac. Anything is worth it to get away from this torment.

What does this involve in terms of transfereing edits?
