I've only used Premiere Pro for about a week so I imagine this is something on my end, but when I opened up my project I couldn't find my position or crop keyframes even though they are working.. There is one for the speed that I can see though. I have the lastest version installed and I tried opening the project again, but still nothing.
Best is to nest the clip first especially when using Time remapping. That might have confused things.

unfortunately that doesn't help. The clip is not even a second long and I have about 4 keyframes that should be showing on that line. What's even weirder is that I can create new keyframes but when I change the Y value it doesn't seem to be changing that frame, instead it changes the values before that keyframe.

Your keyframes are on the right side, expand the clip the the right.
Use the Go to next keyframe button and unpin the clip.

Ok so I unpinned the clip and I can see the keyframes, but I'm confused on what you mean by "expanding the clip". Do you mean increase the duration? Because the length of the actual footage is only about a second of the source footage, but the keyframes are like 7 seconds down the timeline.
The highlighted section shows the location of the clip, and the marker is where the key frames are now.
Also how did the keyframes even get down there? Especially since they're still working where they're supposed to be but they look like they're attached to a different clip. Again I'm new to Premiere (coming from Lightworks) and everything seems overly complicated, but I imagine there's a good reason for it.

I also used "horizontal flip." I was able to find the keyframes thank to Ann telling me to unpin the clip. But I also mentioned in my reply that the location is in a weird place on the timeline even though they are still working where they should be.
