Assuming there are multiple other audio tracks already solo'd. I have been clicking shift-S to solo all the audio tracks, then shift-S again to un-solo all the tracks, and then clicking S a third time to solo the one audio track I want solo'd. Is it possible to do that in one click? De-solo all the tracks that are currently solo'd and solo just the one track?

There are some things where having a "button box", something like an Xkeys, Streamdeck, or gamer's rig like a Razer Orbweaver Chroma is useful.
As you can set macros to those to handle this sort of issue. And with so many keyboard shortcuts "panel" focused it is handy to have a bunch set into the button box so one tap switches panel AND invokes the command.
