PP DeNoiser missing effect

New Here ,
Apr 18, 2019 Apr 18, 2019

Workied on project in PP 13.1 (build 193) - everything was fine. Today PP updated to 13.1.1 (build 11) and now I have "missing audio filter" error. There no Denoiser effect in Noise reduction effects. Obsolite version doesn't work too Does anyone know If it my current situation or DeNoiser was cuted from PP forever?

Roll back like I did  from 13.1.1 to 13.1 via Adobe Creative Cloud app.

I have the DeNoise filter in 13.1.1. If you cannot find it it seems that un-installing Premiere Pro followed by re-installing may be a way to solve it.

EDIT: Wrong, i had 13.1.0 installed...

Already reinstall PP with "clear settings" mode - filter doesn't appear. Cheating with audition now and waiting for clear week to reinstall Windows.

Ok, close Premiere Pro and press and hold the Shift-key on your keyboard and re-launch Premiere Pro while holding the Shift-key. When you see the splash screen you can let go of the Shift-key. This should force Premiere Pro to reload the plug-ins.

DeReverb is also missing after updating. I tried to reset plugin cache but It did not re-appear.

Neither uninstall-reinstall or reseting plugin cache fixes the problem. Waiting for another hotfix. Way to go Adobe!

They are in the obsolete folder in your effects.

I'm not talking about the old obsolete effects. I'm talking about the new Adobe Sensei effects that were introduced along with the Essential Sound panel in v11.0

Sofia Gut and wolfkain, what happens if you search for it in the Effects panel?

It shows only the obsolete ones. DeReverb has no obsolete anyway.

Same thing happened to me  (Sensei Dereverb and Denoise) on Windows 10 AND Mac Mojave with 13.1.1. Reinstalling 13.1 fixed it, seems to be a bug.

Hmm, turned out that i did not have the latest .1 update so i updated to 13.1.1 and do indeed see the same problem here. I could not even lauch Premiere Pro without doing it as an Administrator and when i tried to open a project with DeNoiser added to a clip i got a missing filter dialog and then i got a crash. Guess i will downgrade asap.

Thank you for alerting me, Averdahl. We have indeed reproduced at least a portion of this issue and have already logged a bug. Some users have no faith in these forums, but I think that here is where the rubber hits the road. Without this community, we'd not be able to react so quickly.

I thank you and all on this thread for providing feedback to get a new patch released ASAP. If I could buy you all a cold beverage or lunch right now, I would.

EDIT: Looks like we may have a workaround. Stand by.

Kind Regards,
Kevin

This bug is seriously messing with my work flow. I use Noise Reduction in everything. Is there something I can do now? What's the ETA on the fix?

Roll back.

Sorry, we cannot ever talk about "when" as it's not easy to deliver precise timing on such work. Just know this: ASAP.

Sofia Gut,

Mine seem to be intact on macOS High Sierra. I'll check WIN and Mojave.

Can you check to see if you can select in the audio track mixer?

Same here. My Windows machine is missing it, the Apple machine still has it.

13.1.1 (Build 11) updated today. Is there a way to revert to 13.1.0?

(I uninstalled Audition and Premiere and reinstalled, didn't help)
