PP file is saying [conflicted]

Hello all,

I Just have a quick question about my current PP file now saying [conflicted] out of nowwhere.  The file seems to open fine and is working normally.  It's just saying [conflicted in the title now.  Wondering if this 'conflicted' warning is just something I should be worried about or just disregard that it's saying that?  Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the file.

I've attached a grab to show what I mean.

Thanks for any insight!

Save another version of your project on a local drive. Backup everything.

Is it saved on Dropbox? Syncing with Creative Cloud issues might produce conflicts.

Is the project file shared with other users? Saving to the same file from different users

might also cause conflicts. So, again, it is highly recommended that you save a second

version of your Premiere Pro .prproj file on a local drive and do backups regularly.

The project is shared with one other.  That's probably the conflict. We do backups.  Wasn't sure if it is a major issue when it says that.  Quite often, the 'conflict' will show up the next day when going to open up the file, after a days work on the file.

Is that a Premiere Pro screen with the original post? I don't recognize it. I think that's a dropbox viewer or your OS / finder / Exporer, if so, you should contact that vendor. And maybe don't put your shared files in a dropbox folder.

Hi there, I'm having the same issue. Did you get to the bottom of it and figure out how to resolve it? Thanks!
