PP v.13 Legacy Title crashing application

Dealing with an issue with one of our editing PC's. When the editor trys to make changes to an existing title the window at times will not fully populate and crash the application. At times it seems like the editor will have to restart the project about 4-5 times in order to complete the project. The issue was apparent previous the v.13 update and still present with v.13.

Sorry to hear that you are facing crash issues with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Since you are facing this with only one of the four computers you have, we need more information to understand and troubleshoot the issue better:

1. What kind of computer are you using?
2. Please share the system specifications (RAM, GPU, Processor)
3. Do you get the same issue on a new project?
4. Does it happen while editing a specific title?

This is identified as a known issue and we are investigating it. You can use a different workspace till then as a workaround.

Window >> Workspaces >> All Panels

I actually got that info for you last week but I had the editor create a new timeline with a title bar in it. Then had him go back in and make changes periodically to see if we can replicate the issue, the issue was not duplicated. So the editor built a new timeline with the desired content and new title and has not had any issues since, would have to say the PP may have had some issues with the original timeline and changing/adding titles… so we are good now with that problem. In addition to Shivangi's questions, can you also let us know if the computer involves is using any windows display scaling?

the problem appears when south asian and middle eastern graphics are checked. when i disabled it, legacy titles won't crash anymore
