I just updated to the new version of Premeire and it seems that I lost my custom keyboard shortcuts that I've been building for years. I also lost some color grade presets that I made. I clicked on the adobe logo in the lower left corner and selected "download settings" and was able to retrieve my workspace, but none of my keyboard shortcuts or presets are there. Isn't that the point of all that? Please help if there's a solution.
High Sierra PhotographyI'd also like to mention that I can no longer scroll on a track to make it expand vertically.
You need the ALT modifier now. Some morons kept leaving their mouse over the track headers and expanding their tracks accidentally, so Adobe accommodated those idiots and made the task more complicated for everyone.

Give some information--

Premiere Pro saves the keyboard shortcuts in a new folder for each version.
On Mac you will find it in your user/documents/adobe/premiere Pro/ .. version .. folder
In the Version folder (11.0, 12.0 etc.) there is a folder called "Profile-xxx".
Copy that folder to the new version and you'll have your shortcuts and presets back.

I tried removing the folder and replacing with the one from the old version. It didn't work.
Mac Sierra 10.12.5
Not sure the exact Premeire version, but I keep it pretty up to date. I’m sure it had been updated within the last 2 months.

I'd also like to mention that I can no longer scroll on a track to make it expand vertically. Every update since Premiere 2015 has only caused problems for me. I literally haven't seen one positive from any of the updates, but I can list a bunch of issues (like most clips with effects not playing at all unless I render them). Ugg
I'm sure there are new codecs that can be used in Premiere now, but the issues are ridiculous.

So helpful, thank you! Does Adobe have a place where it lists changes like that for each update?

Correction:
"Now I am the frustrated editor that scrolls over the track header and the timeline moves."
We all are, Ann. (Except, of course, the morons.)
