Hi,
So I just updated to Premiere Pro 2019 and when I open it up it just doesn't show anything. No home screen no nothing. On some cases premiere just crashes when I launch it. I've tried reinstalling and running it as admin but have had no luck. Thanks!
Best regards,
Fredy
Not yet, But I'm pretty sure I'm gonna downgrade to Premiere 2017 because in 2018 version I had problems with GPU Acceleration and none of the effects worked. And also Most of the Autohotkey scripts work with 2017 version so yeah.

Hi Fredy,
Sorry about your issue.

I have the same problem. Adobe Premiere 2019 crashes all the time. Sometimes I get a crash report, more often I don't. Just now and then it works. I'm already editing my projects in 'Software only mode' because with the GPU accelaration, I get problems with the timeline playback. I already re-installed Premiere Pro 2019 and updated the video drivers.
Specs:
Winows 10 Pro - 64-bit -1803 - Build 17134.376
Intel Core i7-8750H CPU
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Any suggestions to fix this?

Sorry about that. It's actually not a bad idea until you can get your system updated. Your system currently needs more RAM. See the system requirements: Adobe Premiere Pro CC System Requirements

I am having the same issue but it's not consistent. Sometimes after the software initializes I get to the home screen to choose my project, sometimes... just a grey screen with the blue wheel (Windows 10 Pro).
I'm on an i9 10 core with loads of RAM and a Titan xp. My system has more than enough power to run Premiere... that;s not the issue here.
Even when Premiere crashes due to another reason and it tries to recover and auto relaunches after the crash I get they grey screen. I have to task manager force quit and often restart the computer for Premier to show me the home screen but it's inconsistent.
Where is the fix Adobe?
