Première Pro : Impossible de choisir l'emplacement de l'export : multi écran

Bonjour,

J'ai remarqué que lorsque je branche mon écran externe à mon mac book pro, je n'arrive pas à choisir l'emplacement de l'export de la vidéo.

Lorsque mon écran externe est branché : dans la fenêtre "Export", quand je clique sur "emplacement" rien ne se passe.

Lorsque je travaille uniquement sur mon mac: dans la fenêtre "Export", quand je clique sur "emplacement", la fenêtre du choix de mes dossiers pour sélectionner un emplacement s'ouvre normalement.

Ai-je un réglage à faire dans première pro ?

J'ai la toute dernière version de Premiere Pro : 22.5 que j'ai intallé il y a 2 jours.

J'avais le même problème avec la version précédente.

Je n'ai jamais utilisé media encoder.

Bonjour Amelie,

I'm not sure why you are having such trouble. I know that on certain MacBook Pro computers, the more powerful Thunderbolt connectors are on the left side of the machine. You may have some problems if you are trying to connect on the right side. The ports are slower there. They operate at half the speed as the ports on the left. Try the connectors on the left and let us know if that helps unlock the export file location.
