Premier Pro doesn't show up in permissions on Mac

I just downloaded Premiere Pro and when I launch it, it tells me to enable the permissions to a couple of folders but when I open up the settings, Premiere Pro doesn't show up. I'm not sure if it's because I'm on the beta for macos or if it's Premiere Pro.
