Premier Pro Not Responding When Switching Work space Tabs

Hello , My Premier Pro Suddenly stops responding as I switch work space tabs, default tab is editing. I tried adding clips and audio , played with the editing workspace everything is working fine. It just occurs only when i switch to other tabs (color,effects,assembly).I need premier pro for basic editing , please help me out .

My Gigs:
Acer Nitro 5 an515

8GB Ram ,i5-7300HQ ,1050GTX

Sorry for your issue. I understand that you are facing issue with Adobe Premiere Pro freezing when you are switching workspace.

Please try resetting the preferences and let us know if it helps.
