Premier pro / Video camera movement

Hello Community, 

I recorded a video and I panned around a little to quick. So, is it possible to slow the camera movement without actually slowing the movement of the people in the video? I hope I asked the question correctly.

You could try the warp stabiliser but you would have to zoom into the frame.
