Premier Pro won't finish sequence rendering or export.

Hey All. 

So once again, having a bit of an issue with premier pro. Imported a clip, no editing required, 45 mins long shot on the Atomos Ninja V / 4k prores. It plays absolute fine in the folder and on the project timeline, but when it comes to exporting it / Bouncing it down to an uploadable file size, it freezes. 

Honestly, getting a bit fed up with premier pro now, not doing its basic of needs.

Any ideas on what i can do here? Ive got a limited amount of time before the clip needs to be sent off for the clients assessment. 

For tech specs, im running the latest update on a macbook pro M1 max. So its fast, and shouldnt be causeing an issue, so at a bit of a loss right now. Any advice?
