I am facing this issue. Playback is not working . I changed Mercury GPU to Software only but didn,t work. Help me fix it

All drivers are updated

Obviously that's a Windows rig ... CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM, and the driver version?

I'm particularly wondering about the CPU and onboard grahics chip.
