Premiere 2020 on Catalina: access to microphone

I'm running Premiere 14.3.2 on Catalina 10.15.6.

Since I started premiere 2020, I have not been able to use the microphone for VO, I have to go back to 2019 to record.  I see in my Security & Privacy settings, Premiere 2019 has access, but Premiere 2020 isn't even an option on the list.

How to I get premiere 2020 to ask, so I can then accept?

If this isn't the problem, I'm open for more suggestions.
