Premiere 2023 Visual Bug

Hey!

I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. I have Premiere Pro v 23.1 and it became extremely buggy yesterday, to a point where I have to use 22.6.3 because 23.2 is unusable. So, my issue is when I open Premiere 23.1, the timeline doesnt show up until I click on the program window, once the timeline shows up, it is misaligned with the format of Premiere. Then it freezes and I can only control the timeline with the indicator on the program window. My source video also isn't showing up and the additions I made to the video show up blown out of proportion. Maybe it's an issue with the specific project, but I have put a decent amount of work on this project and it has a tight deadline, so I'm kind of upset I have to restart because Premiere 23.1 is super buggy. It worked totally fine until I saved and closed, then everything went downhill afterwards. Anyone else having this problem? I also see that every window I have is completely misaligned with the UI of Premiere....

Yes, I know the v1 is set to hidden, that is something I did not toggle and Premiere keeps doing upon launch.

Dumping the cache files might get 23.1 working for you, but many have had issues with it. Some have been able to go back to 23.0 and work, but others have to stay in 22.x for now.

We're all awaiting the next patch I think ...
