Premiere 22.6.4 no longer available in CC

Hi,

is there an official way to install Premiere 22.6.4? Since the release of Premiere 2024, the installer is no longer available on Creative Cloud - we rely on it for our work. Unfortunately, Premiere 2023 is not usable as it becomes extremely slow and buggy after a short period of time. Is there an official solution from Adobe for this?

Thanks for writing in. The v.22 version is no longer available from Creative Cloud. Contact support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. In the chat pod, ask for the "video queue." They should be able to help you over chat. If not, let us know.

Update: I have written to the Adobe Support and received a download link for Premiere 22.0, which unfortunately is not much help. I can't reach anyone by phone, or as soon as I am put through, the call is terminated. So if anyone has had more success, I would appreciate any information - likewise, if an Adobe employee is reading this.

Hi @Kevin-Monahan ! I tried to get Premier Pro v22.6.4 through the help chat without success. Is there any way to officially get that version?
