So in Premiere 25.3 attempting to open a new sequence crashes the program. Like Ctl-N, accessing the menu, nothing. I haven't really noticed it because 99% of the time I work out of a template that has 3 pre-built, empty sequences I can work out of. But if I want a 4th I have to duplicate an existing sequence and delete everything out of it.
How is something this basic this broken?
Windows 11 PC
i9-13950HX 2.20 GHz processor
64 GB RAM
Nvidia RTX 5000 GPU
Premiere Pro Version 25.3
I'm not seeing this on Win 11 PR 25.3.
I'd first just try closing all Projects, restart PR, create a new project and see if that will create a new sequence successfully.
Ultimately, if no joy, I'd open with the shift key, clear cache, reset preferences, reset plugins (or don't load one time).

Hi
Thanks for the message. Did @Stan Jones's suggestions work? That would be my advice as well. If that didn't resolve it, can you capture a screen recording of the behavior? I hope we can help you shortly. Sorry for the pain points.

At first glance it appears to have restored sequences being able to be created. I'll follow up if there are additional problems. Thanks all.
