Premiere CC 2017 Release - Audio keyframes don't highlight in the timeline when selected

Community Beginner ,

I've recently upgraded to the new version (11.0.0) and I've noticed that when you are selecting keyframes in audio clips in the timeline they don't highlight. They do get selected but since all of them are blue you cannot identify which ones are selected.

Any idea why this is happening?

This is an open issue that is being worked on. It should be addressed in a future update (after CC 2017.0.1).

I'm seeing the same thing here under Windows 10, version 2017.0.1.

I would consider this a bug.

This issue should now be fixed in the 11.0.2 update. Keyframes will be light-grayish when not selected and turn blue when selected.

This issue isn't resolved, I am having this problem as well not being able to drag the keyframes in the timeline.

Is there any way to rectify this as I cannot do a simple audio mix? Getting desperate!

I am sorry to hear that. It is working for me with the 11.0.2 fix using the Pen Tool will move the keyframes and selection will turn keyframe blue (may turn light-gray when moving keyframe, but once you stop moving and mouse up, it will turn blue again).

I would suggest contacting support to try troubleshooting your issue. FAQ: How do I contact Adobe Support?

Hi, Thank you for your reply.

I contacted remote support and something v odd happened. While I was chatting remotely the keyframes moved horizontally as expected. We signed off and I resumed editing but it was stuck again! Have you come across this before? FYI the selection of keyframes works fine now, I just cannot position them once they are one the timeline.

This happens to me as well at times, and it has been super frustrating...  In the timeline, right next to the sequence name, i clicked the little hamburger menu and unchecked "Logarithmic Keyframe Scaling". That changed it for me.
