hello sorry for the delay in response

I am on the latest version of the software, I do all the updates as soon as they are available
yes it happens on all my projects and even on after effect
I tried not to launch the software via Rosetta 2 and it continues unfortunately, recently also I have instant crashes without error message, and it is starting to be very disturbing in my work, I have moreover had quite a few delays on various projects because of these issues

Sorry, i'm on this version and i'm on a macbook pro 14" m1 pro 16gb ram 
the problem becomes annoying and it's the same thing on after effects

if this continues i think i will have to change software as i am breaking my workflow by using photoshop to do my text in premiere pro
