Ehhh.
I'm just trying to make Essential Graphics work (see my last post) and just syncing a font destroys the whole program.
I can't close the popup you see here. Force close I guess..
I recently had an Adobe technician clear all my preferences / cache to fix an unrelated (I assume) issue with colour grading multicam sequences so hopefully don't need to delete/reset again. Any ideas welcome though!
There can be some delightful issues with linking/re linking fonts.
The only way to really accomplish this is to check your CC app's Assets/fonts section. Go down the list and see if they have a synced green arrow, and if not listed, or not synced, go through some of the steps on this page:

Which normally helps. At times, there's a Typekit font that you already have installed on your computer via the OS ... and this seems to confuse things. If it says y

If it says you have the font but PrPro gives you that error box, go to your OS folder for installed fonts, remove the font from the OS font listing, reboot, and then make sure it still shows synced via the CC Desktop app.
I needed to do the last bit with three different fonts that PrPro said needed to be synced but CC said were.
