heres how premiere window looks like

and here is after affecs looks like.

there is no color grading done and it is ssame on all clips. restart of premiere does nothing. what causes this issue? Any ideas?
What are your color settings in AfterEffects?
File/Project Settings/Color tab ... to match Pr, they need to be set,. depth to "32 bit float" and working space to "Rec.709 gamma 2.4".
If you haven't done that, the spaces undoubtedly don't match.

"Variants of this question have been covered to death on this and every other color grading forum. The answer is always the same. The only way to get a [proper] image you can trust is to run SDI [or HDMI] out to an accurately calibrated reference monitor. Grading by viewing the image in the GUI just doesn't work." - Jamie LeJeune

This happens even i do nothing in grading. Source panel shows the same picture. Raw Footage isnt raw in premiere. White balance is off in premiere. Exported footage looks fine, but everyting inside premiere has a lower white balace. I have to set the white balance to -50 to see actual white. Even the over-exposed bits look orange. After efects and even photoshop has proper colors.

both are the same clip with same everthing accept one is getting previewed in premiere and the other is getting previewed in windows media player.
My monitor is calibrated and i am running of hdmi as well.

You're wanting to see the image accurately. For that, you need a dedicated I/O device and a properly calibrated external display.

i just had to re-apply my calibration. Same profile worked out fine, weirdly enough. Enabled blue light filter and disabled it. Issue came back. I guess windows 10's blue light filter might leave permanent orange tint to footage in premiere.
