I read a translation of your comment. It appears that you are looking for Traditional Chinese to be installed as part of your Premiere Pro installation, but that isn't occurring, right? From my notes, it says that you must install the language you want from Creative Cloud when installing the application. Are you doing that? If so, please let me know so I can create a bug report for you. Sorry, I just want to make sure that is the issue and that it is occurring on a current version of Premiere Pro. Sorry for the hassle.

我是台灣地區使用者，也有將MAC與Creative Cloud 預設嘗試變更為簡體中文，但仍然下載回來的premiere pro還是英文版本。找了好幾個說明文章嘗試變更，仍然還是英文版本。我是願意花錢解決問題的人，所以我每年花錢租用正版軟體，即便我一年使用這些軟體次數寥寥可數。

但是我看不到adobe公司有解決問題的誠意。如果一個簡單的中文化要使用者用盡各種辦法去解決，那麼使用者直接使用盜版軟體不是就更簡單又省錢了呢？
