premiere pro 2019 crashes after installed 2020

Hey guys, I hope you can help me with this annoying bug! my premiere pro 2019 was working perfectly until 2020 is released, I had some doubts but I did upgrade it anyway, and it keeps crashing many times when I try to extend any of clips on the timeline, I tried to uninstall 2020 and nothing happened!, sometimes when I opened a project on 2020 it completely shut down my project before it even starts.

is there any solution to this issue!!

Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, it should not happen that Premiere Pro would crash.

What are the system specifications[OS, CPU, RAM, and GPU]?
Which kind of media files are you working with[Codec/Format, Frame rate]?

here is my premiere version,

my computer specs. is:

my graphic card is: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

also, my media files are: MOV prores 25fps and some of it is: MOV 23.98fps.

Yes, all projects are the same, today just crushed about 10-15 times!!! have no idea why this happening
