Premiere Pro 2022 crashes when select "save copy" or change export name and path

Hi,

I have a fresh installation on a new Win11 machine and Premiere Pro freezes/crashes (showing the sand clock - shows no response) when I try to:
- save a copy a copy of the project

- try to choose a different name and path for exporting the video

Waiting does not help. No reaction.

It does not freeze when I "save under".

Re-Installation did not help, user has full admin rights.

Any idea how to solve that problem?

Thanks, followed that advice (an d I did that before) but still the same problem.

After clicking on "output name" game is over, nothing happens and when I try something i get "no response" message and have to kill the program.
