As far as I can see the RTX 3060 Ti graphics card is a supported card. However, Premier pro refuses to load, everytime I get an unhelpful error message which stops the program from loading . I'm using the studio driver version 536.99 . I've unistalled and re-installed drivers, uninstalled Premier Pro and re-installed it and still I get the error message. I've followed several solutions on Youtube including adding Premier Pro in the Nvidia Control panel under manage 3d settings, but one options it says to change "Antialiasing - FXAA" says it is not supported by this application.
I've submitted reports to Adobe but I need to get this program up and running and have no idea, if I will get a notification of a fix from them. I'm working on the basis that I won't.
Running on a Windows 11 machine with I7
Sorry for slow response, I did contact customer services and they were excellent. They soon identified the issue as a conflict with some BlackMagic software. Once uninstalled Premiere worked find, and once I installed a later version of BM software it was still all good.

Try a clean installation (use the Custom option) of 536.99 and don't install the GeForce Experience app.
If that doesn't work, try the 536.67 version.

You may want to go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
Then ask for the Video Queue when you get an agent.

It was BlackMagic Media Express, an older version. The new version on BlackMagic website is fine.
