Adobe Premier pro 2024 is extremely slow when playing 4k footage, , choppy scrubbing, poor playback. Clear media cache doesn't help much. Any fix??

@Efran Jounas

I've moved your post from Using the Community to Adobe Premiere Pro for you.

First, before we can even suggest anything, list your OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM, the discs in use and connections internal or external, and of course the precise data on the media (and camera it's from) and any effects applied.

Until we get that, not much to say other than as always, make sure the Preferences "default audio input" is set to None.
