Hi Everyone,
I'm using creative cloud on my Macbook Pro, and this is the first time I'd tried opening Premiere Pro. I've uninstalled and reistalled the application about 4 times, and I'm still receiving this error message every time I start the application (whether it be from the Creative cloud directly or the app on my Mac). I'm not sure what the solution is, and would appreciate any help given. There's a video I want to edit as a gift for someone and this would be very helpful to use. Thanks in advance!

Same error. I'm trying to resolve with Adobe support that continue to suggest me to clean the installation folder and try again. Obviously it doesn't work.
