I do get the message of "Adobe Premiere Pro Has Encountered A Problem And Needs To Close Error" when I try to launch Premiere 23.6, in fact any version after 23.3.
I have deleted folders from previous versions, uninstalling using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, deleting the Profile Folder in my documents and nothing.
I did also send a report and haven't heard from Adobe, I'm just gonna end up closing my Adobe membership as the only reason why I'm still using is when an external client requires to me and this is less common as they are happy for me to edit on Davinci Resolve.
Any help would be appreciate it as I have wasted a lot of time trying to sort this out.
Thanks

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Ok after few attempts to try to make it work from the Adobe technical team and using more Davinci than Premiere this days, I finally found the answer in the forum, it is basically deleting the Essential Sound/SharedTags (check answer in the link below) file and now v24 seems to work.
