Premiere Pro 25.1.0 When labelling section of clip with a color, whole clip turns the same color

I have one multicam clip with several through-edit cuts. I wanted to color one of these sections with a color label, but when selecting such label, ALL of the through-edit clips turn into that color label. There's no way of coloring just one section. Attached is a video showing what I mean. This is a bug that should be fixed, Premiere should treat every through-edit as an individual cut when it comes to color labeling.

Hi maiathesun,

Welcome to the community! Please click on the option for Timeline Display Settings (the wrench icon on the timeline) & uncheck Show Source Clip Name & Label. Once done, check if you are able to label individual sections of the clips. Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Sumeet
