I have been stuck since a week trying to open preferences panel in both apps but they crash immediately. However, the issue is not there in Illustrator & Media Encoder. I have tried the following things :
Delteing Preferences File
Re-Installing : Adobe and Windows(keeping data)
Updating My Drivers(Adobe diagnostic detected driver issue, after updating it still does)
Downgrading Adobe
