premiere pro and After Effects crash

I have an issue with Premier Pro and After Effects. When I open them they crash right away. I have tried reinstalling them that didnt work. I downloaded the diagnostic that adobe has and that came back as saying there are no issues. I am lost is there anyone that knows what might be the problem. Thank you.

Hey DH17, sorry to hear your project is crashing! I'm wondering if it's a permissions-related issue, like your Adobe apps think they aren't allowed to open on your computer. If you're on a PC, can you right-click and select "Run as Administrator" to see if that helps?

Check out the resources that John T Smith shared to give us some more info. That info will help us figure out what's causing the crash.
