Premiere Pro CC 2018 Project windows clips slow/not loading

Hi evryone,

after working for long time on premiere pro 2018 12.1.1 with ( almost ) no issues, after installing  PP pro 2019 evrything became unstable.
To be more exact, when I first create a project and import clips, averything works super smooth.
When I close and reopen the project the project window doesn't load all the clips  ( see picture ) and in general the whole loading process starts to be incredibly slow.
I've created another project, reimport clips and everything super smooth again. Closed, reopend and total mess again.
I've done all the best practices, but nothing has changed ( clear all the caches and preferences ).
