premiere pro cc 2019 not installing after upgrade to Windows 10

I've downloaded Premiere Pro cc 2019 from the direct download link and tried installing as advised, but I get the same error message Error Code: 195, Upgrade needed. You must upgrade/update your system to install the product. Please check the following: Windows 10 (Version 1703 or later). (Error Code: 195).

I just upgraded my computer to Windows 10 when I tried installing the program and was asked to upgrade to Windows 10. I've checked the system requirements and I think i'm fine in that department. Please help!

Upgrading to W10 is not all you need to do.

You also need to update W10 to latest version.

Thank you so much for taking time to answer me, Ann. I actually figured that out a few hours ago and started the update. It was really embarrassing coming to the realization of what i should have done before getting frustrated. It's updating right now. Thanks a lot.
