Trying to export video to DVD format (MPEG2-DVD).. It starts to render video "normally" up to 10-50 minutes.. Tried multiple times, changed video quality and changed output drive, always interrupting with same error code..

Is there something to do..?

Hello,

If you have a solution that you found, please return to the thread and let us know. We can only assume that you solved your issue. Typically, one will get these kinds of errors when you've exhausted system resources like VRAM, system RAM, or both.

The solution or workaround is to use Software Only mode for the Mercury Playback Engine. You can also purchase additional hardware which may assist the job.

Thanks,

Kevin

Same issue but with Morph Cut: "A low level exception occurred in Morph Cut." Then Error compiling movie. This is a timeline preview render.

El Capitan 10.11.1

Premiere 2015.1

Mid-2012 Macbook Pro Quad i7 2.7 16GB

Nvidia GT 650M, latest driver: 10.6.47 310.42.05f01

OpenCL project

Worked before El Capitan and PP2015.1 updates : (

I tried replacing the offending Morph Cut effect with a new one, because that solved a similar issue in a past update (with Film Dissolves). But it did not help this time.

I tried CUDA and rendering fails with it as well.

I'm not going to try software render at this point, because it requires deleting preview files, and that's a big time sink. Hopefully a real solution arises before I have to do that.

[Edit] Now further attempts just cause PP to crash. The project cannot be rendered with GPU.

Same problem here.  I receive dozens of "Low-level exception occurred in: Lumetri Color (AEVideoFilter) errors as soon as I load a project.

I have been using the Lumetri Panel for 2 days now to color correct my project.  As a side note the reason I am using the Lumetri Panel is because Speedgrade crashes every 5 mins.  Anyway, the error has always occurred, but didn't seem to affect editing.  I was able to color correct a scene and export it.  I just had to constantly close the little red box. This morning though it took a turn for the worse.  I loaded PP and received way more errors than normal.  Once all files were loaded I noticed that any clip that had the Lumetri Color effect applied and active would not render on the screen.  If I unchecked the active button and disabled the effect, then the image would render.  See below.

The clip under the playhead was red and did not render until I unchecked the Lumetri Panel (not delete, just unchecked).  Once unchecked, it rendered correctly.  I also noticed that PP was crushing my system.  I checked the stats and found that PP was using WAY more RAM than normal.  I routinely keep the Task Manger open and PP usually uses between 2 and 4 Gb's for this project.  As you can see it was using 19 Gb.

I have found that if I restart the program that it can solve the problem.  But frequent restarts are clearly not preferable.

My basic system stats are shown below.  I am using the most current version of PP and all of my video drivers are up to date.  I am using 1920x1080, h.264 footage shot on a DSLR.  If there is anything other information you want to help fix the bug please let me know.

One last note.  I have been editing my first feature film with only Adobe products.  If I ever make another movie I'm not sure I will use Adobe again.  While the functionality your software provides is great for the price, it's simply too buggy.  I've had sound issues, crashing issues and now this.  I am so close to being done and now I have to spend lots of time trying to figure out how to finish the movie.

I am also very annoyed with Adobe. Even though I haven´t edited with DavinciResolve I have used it to Colour Correct & Grade my films. That has been good, and as DavinciResolve is free (if You don´t need 3D and some other fancy features most folks don't need) its a good alternative. It apparently has advanced editing functionality

I get many of these errors as well, it doesn't seem to cause any real issue in my particular case, but the error messages do get old - thanks for a great program, looking forward to a fix on this issue!
