Hi!
I've been trying to edit videos in Premiere Pro and when I try to export it through media encoder or without it changes the colours totally. Even after exporting it changes the colours even more when downloaded to my computer. Premiere Pro itself changes the original footage to look different, but that is not even the biggest problem but the fact that I don't have any clue how the video will look when it's exported. For example, I was using text with the color orange but when exported it became bright red and the whole video was way too bright and the exposure was clearly over the top. This same issue happened with every 5 video that I had edited. I tried to download Premiere Pro again, but that didn't help either. Therefore, I am now clueless of what to do. Startin a new project won't help either and even after changing the original footage into rec.709 the same problem occurs. What can I do? It is frustrating because I have used a lot of time to edit all these videos and now I can't get them out looking normal.

now what ? ive got go and colour grade the whole fkn thing again? i spent days colouyr grading now apperntly there a switch that shows you the real colours what the fck is the point of that ?

First, unless you're working in a fully setup and specced colorist's suite, you probably haven't seen the "real" colors of your images. Sad but true.
NO camera, not even the $70,000 Arri, Red, or Sony rigs does. That level of production will have booths setup for calibrated, controlled display situations to check the image.
Monitors fed by a GPU are notorious for being all over creation. TVs the same. Colorists are taught "you can't fix Gramma's green TV for a reason.
So yes, color is a complicated mess. But it can be made workable.
There's always required setup steps before editing. Things like making sure the sequence has the right framerate and framesize, the correct number and type of audio channels.
And also, the correct color settings for the sequence and for each clip.
It's just basic stuff.
ALL of it can be confusing or fairly simple. And we here can help you figure out what you need to do for best workflows.

BUT ... if you're going to use them in Rec.709 sequence and export, you need to use the Modify/Interpret footage right-click option in the Project panel to "Override-To" Rec.709.
Then use Rec.709 as the sequence color space, and a 'standard' export preset that does not have HLG or PQ in the preset name.

Biggest thank you, now I got it and all the videos are out and looking good - I am now also better at premiere pro so win-win!
