Premiere Pro , crash and reset graphic driver, multiple monitors

Hi.
A very annoying bug came out a few weeks ago.

A strange error while specifying files for the premiere of the pro, dragging from another monitor or working at all.

The computer suddenly freezes, the monitors, apart from the main one, turn off. Premie pro does not see the preview, the graphics card driver is resetting.
I have replaced the drivers with older ones and the error keeps showing up, which means the problem is with Premiere Pro.
Until a few weeks ago, there was no such thing.

What do you mean by specifying files? Are you importing files? Or dragging media from a bin to a preview/program monitor in Premiere on a separate monitor?

Moving files from folder from the second screen.

The monitor for work is Eizo CS2420, and the main one is Acer Predator.

Eizo is 60hz, Acer 244hz.

Premiere pro is set to vertical sync from the nvidia panel.

It sometimes crashes when previewing a file.

I am trying to figure out whether it is the fault of Premiere Pro or the fault of Nvidia drivers.

I'm using the Studio drivers.

Use a local drive instead of Google Drive.

Thanks.
This is the smallest problem.

However, there is still a crash and reset of the entire display while previewing or importing files.

This time I left the default settings in nvidia panel without setting hard refresh to Eizo.
Maybe it will do something.
