Premiere Pro crashing after using clips from After Effects

I have a Premiere Pro project file that I have been working on for some months without issue. Two days ago I decided to edit one clip from the project in After Effects to speed ramp a shot. Since then, Premiere Pro crashes each time I open the file. I have tried the following: deleting all After Effects clips used and replacing with original footage, uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro, updating my Mac OS, creating new projects and importing the old projects (which works until it comes time to export, then it crashes again). Has anyone experienced this or something similar? Thanks

So you are working through dynamic link?

inside After Effects, try to purge all disk cache and memory.

inside Premiere Pro, delete the media cache, and if you

are working on an external drive, try to point media cache and

scratch disks to a local drive. Same goes for After Effects.

If editing through Cloud like Dropbox or Drive, better move

everything locally especially when you are going for dynamic link

between After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Thanks Carlos, I'll try those things and see if it works.

Crashing on export could also be due to render preview files scrambled,

so you can also try to delete render files from Sequence and try again.
