Premiere Pro CS6 (6.0.4 / 6.0.5) update

Thanks for the update, Jeremyl10744730.  Steps on how to uninstall applications for Windows 7 can be found at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2601726 .  Please make sure you uninstall all Adobe applications before downloading and running the CC Cleaner Tool.  The CC Cleaner Tool is not a replacement for the uninstallers.

I did see the information in message #8, I was wondering if there was additional information about having all the Adobe folders and files completely removed.  I seem to remember having an Adobe Tech once sharing my computer screen and they went in the system drive and did a lot of deleting of folders as well as running the CC Cleaner too. Mac or Windows, and which version?

If an existing install is made unusable by a Mac operating system upgrade work through the below steps

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10

-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so follow the instructions, substituting the name and location of your specific program for Encore
