Premiere Pro - Error Compiling Movie

Hi Guys

I have been trying to export my project timeline for several days now and whenever I try to export in pp or in media encoder all I get is an error message saying, "Error compiling movie". I have tried many things to try and resolve this issue including uninstalling and reinstalling pp and me, copying footage to a new sequence, changing the output format, exporting only small section of the already short sequence and disabling all effects. I have also tried disabling CUDA acceleration. When I have it enabled, I get the message 'Accelerated Renderer Error, unable to produce frame' and when I disable it I just get the message 'Render returned error'. Any ideas how I could fix this issue and export my project?
