Premiere Pro export creates a corrupted file

Hi there,

I have another issue. I already spent hours and hours exporting over and over again the same file and Premiere, and Media Encoder both are creating a corrupted file.

The video I am trying to export has 47min, and I am getting different results when exporting, most of the time the file is like the above screenshot, but sometimes I can play the file, but it plays only the first 2 minutes and the video player crashes.

I already downgraded the Premiere from 14.5 to 14, and the issue is the same. Below my export settings:

I've exported the file to my internal hard drive instead of the external hard drive and this time the file exported correctly. Any idea why I am having an issue exporting to the external drive?
