Premiere Pro Exporting issue

Right so for the last couple of weeks I've had a problem exporting from Premere Pro.  I've checked the community etc but can't seem to figure it out.  It takes FOREVER...literally just took over an hour to export a 6.53 minute video and then it doesn't show it with the video.  I've had to re-edit the entire video.  It seems like it keeps saying it doesn't support the media and yet it's the same media I've always done.  I've tried deleting and redownloading the app twice.   I've changed my preferences.  I've done everything I can find to do and it's still doing it.  What's the deal?  EDITED:  AND now I've deleted and redownloaded the app for the third time.

It is not clear to me if you have problems with the export time or with the incompatibility of the clips in the import. Tell us a bit more about what type of video files you are using as what container and what codec, and what version of Premiere Pro you are using.

To be fair it's not clear to me either.  I can say this...I've been using Premeier pro - and now I'm on 2020 version ... for a year and half.  I've not  changed clip type.  It's an MP4 file.  Video Data rate 29158 kbps total bitrate 29413kbps audio 255 kbps.  I've just re-edited and rendered the entire video again on another platform and it worked as expected.  Sorry if it's not all the right info...I'm really just a novice.  Thanks again.

Try transcoding one clip with HandBrake, then import it into Premiere Pro and make some cuts, then export it. In a year and a half Premiere Pro has had a twist regarding file compatibility among other things. If you have the MediaInfo application use it and show us the details of the clip but first make the transcoding test.

Ok.  I tranferred from MP4 to M4V in handbrake and the information from the media source is attached.  Also attached are screenshots from when Premeire Pro 2020 when I imported the video after it was changed and attempted to export it...no export allowed and it wouldn't save because of an unknown error and this site won't let me add the screen shots sooooo.....yeah.

When you reinstall Pr did you delete preferences when it ask? And try transcoding from MP4 to MP4, I just want that your original MP4 have some aditional process because I think they are corrupted.

Ok...MP4 to MP4:

But since I put it into Davinci and it edited and rendered as expected I'd say probably not corrupted.

Is MP4 transcoded from HandBrake imported without issue into Premiere Pro?

Acutally the old one imported without issue as well.  What I've done is taken both clips the transcoded and the not transcoded and I have loaded them both in and rendered both.  They have now both worked without a problem.  However, that being said, I didn't recreate the entire video.  The last time I tried it, I couldn't even get the export page to load in Premeier Pro and that was with transcoded MP4.  It seems to have fixed itself OR after having deleted and reloaded it 3 times maybe it finally got out whatever was the problem.  Next video I will use Premiere Pro and let you know what happens.
