Premiere Pro exporting only the last clip not the whole film

I've been exporting my film to mp4 in  Premiere Pro. But I've just added an extra clip to the end of the film and now it will only export this last clip. The exporting shows the whole fim but only the 3 second clip is actually exported. Any ideas what is going wrong?

I can't see the bottom of the left side ... what is the area set to be exported? If that is set to "in to out" or "work area bar" it would export only those parts.
