Premiere Pro freezes, video and audio keeps playing

Hi, i already tried the possible solutions of other threads, nothing worked. 
I am not sure wether this is simply due to the specs of my device but i don't think so.
This issue especially happens when multicam-view is on, sometimes also in the normal view.

How many camera angles? Please make sure that you watch the blue bar on the right side of your interface to make sure that all clips have been processed before trying to play the footage.

The suggestion above is great – there is a loading bar in the bottom right that will show you that all your footage has been processed. We also have a video here on Youtube with some other suggestions on fixing choppy playback.
